Application fee and tuition fee can be paid (in RMB cash) when students register in ICCS after arriving at school.
Students may E-mail the Application Form (download the Application Form) , the scanned passport and the final academic certificate to iccs@shnu.edu.cn to apply for the summer program.
 If students transfer the application fee and tuition fee from the bank ( download Bank Account Information), please fax the remittance slip or money order to 0086-21-64321654, or scan and email it  to iccs@shnu.edu.cn so that we can check the money in the bank with the remittance slip or money order you provide.

SHNU does not issue the Visa Application Form (JW 202 Form) or Acceptance Letter to  
short-term program students. Students are responsible for their own visas and they may  
apply for 60-day or 90-day Tourist Visa (L Visa) to come to China. We may email the scanned Acceptance Letter to the students who need it. Please write email to iccs@shnu.edu.cn if you need the scanned Acceptance Letter.
Students check in at the hotel (dormitory) according to the scheduled registration date, can not check in earlier than the registration date. Students may go directly to the hotel to check in with their passports, the hotel has already got the students reservation information from ICCS before they check in.
When checking in at the hotel, the total room fee (in RMB cash) and the key deposit RMB 100 should be paid onsite. (With the receipt, the key deposit will be refunded when checking out if nothing is damaged. )
After checking in at the hotel, students are required to come to register on the registration date in Room 204 of ICCS of SHNU with their passport, 2 photos (passport-photo size), application fee and tuition fee in RMB cash (if not paid before). Students who can not register on time should apply to ICCS, otherwise, their registration qualification will be cancelled.
