| Registration Notice for 2012 Spring Semester Welcome to study in International College of Chinese Studies (ICCS), Shanghai Normal University. 1. Registration Time: 8:30 am~4:30pm on February 20 & 21(Monday & Tuesday) 2. Registration Place: 1st floor, International College of Chinese Studies (ICCS), No.5 Building,Shanghai Normal University,
No. 100, Guilin Road, Shanghai, China 3. Please bring the following materials when you come to register.
① Passport;
② Acceptance Letter & JW202 Form;
③ Eight photos (passport-photo size);
④ Application fee: RMB 450;
⑤ Tuition fee:
General Chinese Program: RMB 9,000 per semester; RMB 18,000 per academic year
Business Chinese Program: RMB 9,000 per semester; RMB 18,000 per academic year
Intensive Chinese Program: RMB 17,000 per semester
Memo: The fee should be paid in RMB cash. If you have paid the application fee and the tuition fee, you don't need to pay again.
⑥ Insurance fee: RMB 300 for one semester; RMB 600 for two semesters
Memo: You may buy insurance in China when you register.
If you have bought overseas insurance in your own country, please bring the insurance policy when you register. 4. Main arrangements are:

June 29, 2012 (Friday) 2012 Spring Semester ends and summer vacation starts.
July 6～Aug.17 (6 weeks) Summer School (elementary & intermediate level)
5. Please confirm your room reservation with the following information before January 15, 2012 if you have reserved one on campus.
You can check in from February 10, 2012 and your room reservation is valid until February 21, 2012. You have to prepay the room fee
in RMB cash for the whole semester (about 140 days) as well as the key deposit (RMB 300) when you check in.
