Notice for Extending Study and Visa in December, 2012

1. Study Extension
   This semester finishes on January 18, 2013. Study and visa extension will be processed from December 10 (Monday) to December 14 (Friday), 2012 in Room 204, ICCS and all tuition fee for next semester, passport and Student ID Card are needed when applying.
   (1) Tuition fee for language students is RMB 9,000 and 10% of the tuition fee can be waived for the students who continue study for their third semester.
   Tuition fee for the undergraduates of Grade One and Grade Two is RMB 9,000.
   Tuition fee for the undergraduates of Grade Three and Grade Four is RMB 9,900.
   (2) All the fees are non-refundable.
2. Dormitory Reservation & Check-out
   (1) All the students who need a dormitory on campus for next semester are required to go to apply in Room 206, ICCS from December 10 (Monday) to December 14 (Friday), 2012. Without room reservation, students can not live in the dormitory next semester. Since the single rooms are limited, reservation finishes when there is no room available (Single rooms will be kept and reservation will be processed on December 11, 2012 for those students who have paid for next semester and who are now living in the single rooms).
   (2) Students who do not continue to study in ICCS are required to check out before January 23, 2012.
   (3) Students whose Student ID numbers starting from G or P and students who have got Shanghai Government Scholarship (Class A) do not need to go to ICCS, please go to International Students Center (ISC) to reserve dormitory for next semester.
